Preparations
Steep an ounce of loose green tea in a bottle of lemongrass shochu for eight minutes, then strain. Eight minutes, not eighty: it turns astringent fast.
Warm four cups of water with a cup and a half of sugar, two teaspoons of tartaric acid, a teaspoon of malic acid and a dash of citric acid until it comes together. Cool before bottling.
Method
- Add everything to a mixing glass, fill it two-thirds with ice, and stir until cold.
- Strain into the glass and garnish with lime leaves.
