How this makes money

Mixology by Whip is free, with no ads, subscription, or paywall. Optional tips, merch, and eligible shopping links support the app. If you buy through an affiliate link, the retailer may pay us a small commission at no extra cost to you.

Shop links are limited to useful matches, currently including Amazon for some bar tools. Bottles and common groceries still point to the places that make sense.

What we don't do

No ads, trackers, email list, or accounts. Cloudflare counts page views, without cookies and without knowing who you are. Your bar, saved drinks, and preferences stay on your device.

Drinking age

Alcoholic recipes are for people of legal drinking age. We don't collect your birthday, so please drink responsibly. Prefer zero-proof drinks? Settings can hide everything else.

Where the drinks come from

Recipe specs are facts. The descriptions were written for this app. The collection was checked against the books below, with additional recipes from my sister Sydney and good friend Sam.
