White Peach Negroni
Equal parts, but pale: gin, peach vodka and Lillet Blanc where a Negroni would have Campari and sweet vermouth. Three drops of peach bitters point it back at the fruit.

Method
- Add everything to a mixing glass, fill two-thirds with ice and stir until properly chilled.
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass over one large cube.
- Garnish with a peach slice and an edible flower.
