Preparations

Herb Tea12 hoursproject

Place fresh rosemary, fresh thyme, fresh oregano, and black peppercorns in a cup, pour hot water over the top, and steep overnight. The precise herb ratio isn’t important, but the strength of the tea is, which is the reason for the lengthy steeping time. Strain before using or storing.

Method

  1. Add everything to a mason jar and use an immersion blender to emulsify the mixture.
  2. Fill the double rocks glass with crushed ice and pour the cocktail over it.
  3. Top the drink with more crushed ice. Garnish with the kiwi and rosemary.
