Michelada
Beer over ice with lime, hot sauce and Worcestershire, in a salted glass. Savoury, cold, and the best thing to do with a mediocre lager.

Method
- Salt the rim of a pint glass — chile powder in with the salt if you like — and fill it with ice.
- Add the lime juice, hot sauce and Worcestershire, and the tomato juice if you are using it.
- Top with beer, stir once and garnish with a lime wedge.
