Spiced Tea Cordial35 minutessee method
Steep ten English breakfast bags in 35 oz of boiling water with 7 oz of sugar for two minutes. Move the tea to a pan with ten star anise, fifteen cloves, three cinnamon sticks and two tablespoons of butter. Warm gently for half an hour, then strain.
Method
- Put all of the ingredients in an appropriately sized container and gently shake it until the yogurt powder has been incorporated.
- Pour into mugs.
