Tequila Slammer
Tequila and lemonade, slammed on the bar to make it foam and drunk straight down. A party trick with a recipe attached.

Method
- Pour the tequila into a heavy-bottomed rocks glass and add the soda.
- Put your hand flat over the top, bring the glass down hard on the bar once, and drink it while it is still foaming.
- Use a glass you do not mind losing, and keep your hand sealed over the top.
