Preparations

Seaweed-Infused Honey2 hoursplan ahead

Place ½ cup honey and ½ cup water in a mason jar and stir until well combined. Add dried nori and let the mixture sit at room temperature. Strain before using or storing, making sure to press down on the nori to extract as much liquid and flavor as possible.

Method

  1. Add everything except the soda water to a shaker, fill it two-thirds with ice, and shake hard until cold.
  2. Double strain into the Collins glass, top with soda water, and gently stir.
  3. Garnish with the shredded nori.
