Preparations
Honey Water10 minutessee method
Place 1 cup wildflower honey and 1 cup warm water in a mason jar, stir to combine, and let the mixture cool completely before using or storing.
Method
- Add everything to a shaker, fill it two-thirds with ice, and shake hard until cold.
- Double strain over ice into the rocks glass. Garnish with the sprig of fresh lemon thyme.
