Isaac's Old Cask

A smoky, cherry-forward rye: molasses and cherry bitters, a bar spoon of Islay Scotch, Amaro di Angostura and Cherry Heering. Brandon drew the name and the flavors from the folklore around Isaac Hunter's Tavern, its Cherry Bounce, and Raleigh's selection as North Carolina's capital.
