Preparations
Place a 750 ml bottle of Partida reposado tequila and 3 tablespoons La Tourangelle toasted pumpkin seed oil in a large mason jar. Seal and store it in a dark, cool spot for 5 days. After 5 days, place the jar in the freezer and leave it until the oil has congealed, about 12 hours. Strain the mixture through a coffee filter to remove all the oil from the tequila. If there are globules of oil left, strain it again through a fresh filter.
Method
- Add everything to a mixing glass, fill it two-thirds with ice, and stir until cold.
- Strain into the Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with the fresh cilantro leaf.
