Dirty Dr Pepper
The one that started the whole Utah soda-shop thing. Coconut and lime cut the prune note.

Method
- Fill a Collins glass with crushed or pebble ice.
- Add the syrup and citrus, and stir to loosen.
- Pour the soda over the top and stir once. Any more and it goes flat.
- Pour the cream in last so it marbles down through the drink.
